We waited about 20 mins before someone was actually available to take us down to the cars.
The cars were washed, but there was many scratches and dents on the cars. The interior was 'wiped clean' but had clear stain marks on the leather. It was bad to the point that I wouldn't let my bride sit in one of the cars in her beautiful white dress. We obviously explained how disappointed we were to the staff, but we were in a situation which we couldn't go elsewhere.
Got home, and realised the petrol was about 1/4 full in Car1 and 1/3 full in Car2. We asked if there was refund for the excess petrol we fill up (because we didn't want to worry about it on the wedding day). There was no refund. I am used to renting cars with a full tank of petrol. They need to review this policy.
On the night before returning the car, we accidentally went through the tolls without a tag. We reported this to the staff, and she was happy to advise that they would take care of it - me assuming that given our experiences, they were happy to pay the $2.50. Unfortunately, I just received the toll notice. Very disappointed.
Overall, I can say, you get what you pay for. If I had the chance to do it again, I would be willing to pay double the price, just to ensure we had clean cars, full tank of petrol and excellent customer service - on your special day.
